How new content is displayed on new skins

Hi guys

I have been really enjoying playing with the new skins Pe3 and Jonny555 have been putting together, and rather than annoy them both on individual threads I thought I put it on one thread so I can also annoy any new skinners before they start

What I really liked about Oversight was the fact it worked really well at displaying new TV content (my main viewing pleasure), so below is a wish list of what I'd like on a new/existing skin - and if it needs to be configured to work then no worries.. but having the option would be great.

1) Colour coding of new content

Have 3 colours for watched, unwatched and new is a great visual way to see what's happening on my shows but it's not just on the tv shows details page that it needs to work, if you could have this colour coding represented on the main wall page (on the tv show name) too that would be great,

2) Going to latest unwatched episode

When going into the tv details page could the cursor go to the first unwatched episode

3) Using the play button from the wall (another thread on here about this just posted)

i like the idea of this and if the colour coding above showed on the wall there is an unwatched or new episode then pressing play and this makes it play the next unwatched episode would be great

4) Marking watched - I am assuming that this isnt going to be possible, but could we have automarking or is this beyond oversight?


So, that is my TV settings wishlist - nothing to demanding
